Description: 

This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is for the provision of winter maintenance and snow management services within the Township of Springwater. The Contractor shall supply all labour, supervision, equipment, vehicles, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract documents and Township direction.

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following service categories:

  • Rural snow bank blowing
  • Urban and downtown snow bank removal and hauling
  • Fire hydrant snow clearing
  • Parking lot snow clearing (including WWTP facilities, administration buildings, and arena facilities)
  • Laneway snow clearing
