This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is for Constructing approximately 180 m internal two-lane rural road extending from Snow Valley Road into the Hasty Tract Site, including Erosion and Sedimentation Control (ESC) works, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, grading, granulars, hot mix asphalt, pavement marking, topsoil placement and hydro seeding.
