This Advertisement by the Township of Springwater (the “Township”) is for the Springwater Fire Station, as further in the attached documents

The Deliverables will involve performing the work to complete the design and construction of the new Fire Station #2 at 1132 Snow Valley Road in the Township of Springwater for a stipulated price pursuant to a CCDC 14-2013 Stipulated Price Design-Build Contract.
