This Request for Tender (“RFT”) invites qualified and experienced bridge construction contractors to submit proposals for the replacement of two cast‑in‑place concrete structures located on Flos Road 10 West (Bridge 17) and Flos Road 11 West (Bridge 19). The existing structures are to be replaced with precast, closed‑bottom concrete box culverts, with spans of 6.0 metres for Bridge 17 and 4.2 metres for Bridge 19. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: implementation of temporary road closures and local detour signage; installation of environmental protection measures; temporary shoring systems; watercourse flow management; excavation and removals; foundation preparation and bedding; construction of cast‑in‑place distribution slabs; installation of retaining walls (provisional); backfilling and compaction; placement of granular road base and subbase; asphalt paving; guiderail installation; and full site restoration.
