This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is for the supply of all materials, placement, equipment, labour, and trucks necessary to pulverize the existing asphalt, haul and grade aggregate, and place hot-mix asphalt on Russell Road between Doran Road and Forbes Road within the Township of Springwater.
