Description: 

The Township of Springwater is looking to build a new 4 bay fire station in the community of Midhurst of approximately 14,000 sq. ft. with a provisional project for a training facility that will be located behind the fire station.  The fire station and the provisional training facility will be situated on approximately 6 acres of property and will facilitate growth into the future.  The fire station design shall incorporate a hose tower and blend into the mixed residential and commercial neighbourhood.

The request for proposal shall be broken down into two separate projects, the design and construction of the fire station and the separate construction of the training facility.
