The Town of Springwater intends to pre-qualify general contractors for the Springwater Fire Hall Design-Build project. The Springwater Fire Hall will be at 1132 Snow Valley Road in Township of Springwater. The lot is approximately 8000m2; the station will be a single storey building with an approximate building area of 1500 m2 and a sloped roof. There will be four drive-through truck bays and a partial mezzanine. In addition to the building, the site work will include a driveway access close to the intersection of Snow Valley Road with Bayfield Street. The length of this driveway is about 250m, with two lanes widening to three at the street. The Township plans to issue the design-build tender, to pre-qualified bidders. Submissions for pre-qualification are invited from Respondents with the following qualifications:
