The Township of Springwater (the “Township”) invites you to submit a bid for Line Marking in various locations including, but not limited to Stop Bars, Parallel Parking Stalls, Hatch-Lines, as further described in Schedule 1. The Deliverables under this RFQ include the supply of all labour, equipment, and material necessary for surface preparation, layout and the application of durable and permanent pavement markings, as specified. All transportation, mobilization and start-up costs shall be included in the Unit Price. No additional payment will be made for mobilization or travel time to or from the site. |
