This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Township of Springwater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for 2023 Road Needs Study. The Road Needs Study will assist in the establishment of lifecycle funding requirements and determining the improvement needs of the Township’s road system over the next 10 years. This project shall include an estimation for the cost of the construction of the identified needs, the establishment of road improvement priorities, the preparation of a summary report of the study findings, and a detailed inventory spreadsheet of the road network.
