This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for Phase II of the Midhurst Union Cemetery Priority Development Master Plan. The project consists of tree removal, grading, topsoil and seeding, gardening and remove and replace of the ornamental fence. 

The project identified in this RFP will complete Phase II of the revitalization master plan by refreshing the cemetery gardens and creating space for an additional 24 in-casket burial sites.
