This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for qualified and experienced consultants to document the condition of the Bishop Park Sewage Pumping Station in Elmvale. The consultant will be expected to develop project alternatives, develop cost estimates for each project alternative, and prepare a Final Report to present to members of Council. |
